Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RMA Required: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is mandatory for all returns. Shipments sent without an RMA may be refused or significantly delayed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Refused & Undeliverable Orders: If an order is refused at delivery or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, all return shipping costs and carrier fees will be deducted from your final refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Some items cannot be returned to us . These include-

  • Hazardous Materials
  • Items classified as hazardous materials
  • Items that use flammable liquids or gases.  For these items, contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information. Find their contact information in the product manual or on the item packaging.

 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs associated with processing returns. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. It's important to note that no restocking fee will be charged on returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. We are committed to ensuring a seamless resolution for any issues related to product quality or order accuracy, and your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
2. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Affix the provided return label to the package.
5. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
